• Customer dialogue and administration: We use  Jira Servicesk, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Onedrive and Teams) and HubSpot CRM to handle dialog, offers and collaboration with current and potential customers.
• Marketing: We process data when signing up for newsletters, blog updates and events (e.g. webinars).
• Website optimization: We use cookies to improve the user experience.

3. Categories of personal data

We typically process: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title and correspondence history.

4. Recipients and security (Data Processors)

Your data is stored with our professional partners:

• Microsoft: For email, Teams meetings and document management.
• HubSpot: For CRM and handling marketing sign-ups.
• Atlassian: For servicedesk information regarding incident management

We ensure your privacy through strict Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with all our suppliers. Although these services may be based in the US, we ensure a lawful transfer basis via the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). This means that your data is protected by European standards wherever it is technically processed.

5. Storage and deletion

We store data for up to 5 years after the end of the customer relationship or last interaction. We do this in order to provide you with the best possible service and to comply with the documentation requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
